2. When looking at
Project #1: (Elements and Principles), did you agree with the element or
principle the artist listed with the images? Did you see other elements and
principles in the images?
After
looking at project #1 I thought that all the elements were represented nice and
clearly. I enjoyed looking at other students pictures and seeing the element/principle
being used in different pictures.
3. When looking at
Project #2: Where there any images in the Peer Blogs the same as your own? If
yes, what were they? Where the reasons the image was selected the same or
different as your own?
After
viewing a couple blogs I did see all of the elements of art being applied. The
blogs I looked at did not have the same pictures as me. In some pictures I saw depth and color that
set the mood of the picture. Different pictures that I looked at used multiple
elements and I thought it was interesting.
4. Where there any images
that your Peers selected that pique your interest now? If yes, what are they
and what is your connection with them? What would you want to know about them?
“Danseuse au café, Dance in a café” was a picture that spoke to
me because it has so much going on that it caught my attention when I looked at
it, I enjoy the color that it has and each line seems to catch my eye. I would
like to learn more about this piece.
5. What do you think
about the process of reading your peers reflection? Do you find this to
be a valuable in your learning?
I enjoyed being able to see what my peers thought about the paintings that they saw and
see if they thought the same thing about a painting that I saw (if we saw the
same one). It helped with learning because some of the reviews that I read
about the paintings they saw made me try to look at the painting the way they
did, it helped open my mind up more to the painting to see something I didn’t see
before.
6. Check your Blog and
read comments posted by your Peers. Do you find their comments helpful?
No I haven’t gotten any comments on my blog post, if they were
to comment on it I would like to know what they thought.
